Christmas Log WHOLE

A re-creation of an authentic Christmas Log. This Christmas specialty is made of mocha cake, chocolate mousse and whipped cream all wrapped together. The garnishing is what really makes this a masterpiece - chocolate ganache which is sculpted to look like a Yule log accented with marzipan mushrooms, green holly leaves, red berries and a holiday greeting.

Shelf Life	In the original box keep in the freezer for up to 6 weeks. In the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
