We have taken a small layer of chocolate cake and topped it with a dense
chocolate mousse laced with Chambord liqueur and fresh raspberries. It is
covered with chocolate ganache frosting and topped with a chocolate heart
filigree.

Suggestions |
Remove
cardboard bottom. Place in serving plate straight from the freezer 1 1/2
hour before serving. Remove plastic band. |
